Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth and upto 1.5m depth and 1.5 m width as well as 10Sqm on plan including getting out in ordinary rock and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no. 01 here in before but for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m., complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil (all kind of soil) and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50mm,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished curved surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stair case railing and similar work including attached pilaster, buttresses etc; vertical or to batter, curved faced with fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-30, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; ba-ses for columns, etc; basement slabs under-reamed pillars and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-30 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in wall, retaining wall and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing for Precast cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, piers caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bounders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spi-rally hooping for columns, hook-ing ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (an-nealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately )

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Mark of approved make.

S&F Sluice valve Class PN 1.6, 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc10 cm in width, set in cement mortar (1:6) in wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n exe. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exe. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/disintegrated rock including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, hotching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conferming to Fe - 290 Gde E-165 completed all as specified and directed. (25 mm width and 4 mm thick)

S&F Rolled Mild steel in Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc., including cleats, brackets, etc, FE 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, ISSQ 16 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 160 mm 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealded pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stablized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A (ISA 75 X 75 X 8 mm), ISMB-150 MM and ISMB-200 MM for compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc, built up from tow or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deepx10 mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade'A'. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone/boulders hard core broken to gauge not exceeding 63 mm for pavings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats,breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs of RCC/PCC band in walls, spanning and opening, fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub-bases, floors and pavings 200mm thick, complete all as specified and directected.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in pavement/hardstanding of 100mm thick, complete all as specified and directected.

M&L for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with compound of grade 'A' thickness of concrete slab 200 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble uncoursed,well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 including finishing the joints, flush as the work proceeds complete all as specified as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses not exceeding 40mm depression complete all as specified.

M&L for hand packing any thickness to back of walls over arches etc and raising ( or lowering ) to the required level with broken stone or boulder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in bond stone, bed plate, where guard & other similar work etc incl weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses , lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60cm in height , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought course masonry in cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50mm bore low density polythlene pipes (LDPE) of presure rating 6 Kgs /Sqm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in width and 1.5m depth for laying PP-R pipes and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting points in soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4(PN-16) UV stablized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches.of outer dia 75mm. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4(PN-16) UV stablized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches of outer dia 63mm. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PPR Gate Valves (brass insert) of 75mm bore as per requirement of the site including cutting and inserting or fixing in new laid pipe with required fittings and fixtures, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in concrete collecting chamber for collecting water from source and base concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of precast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid block masonary valve pit of size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm (internal dimension) complete, with MS angle, iron frame work (angle size 40x40x6mm), 3mm thick MS sheet top cover, openable through hinges including necessary locking arrangements, including rendering in CM 1:4 and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of bituminous paint inside and on exposed surface with integral waterproofing compound for concrete surfsces for cement plaster 1:4 complete all as shown on drawing and as specified ( DRG NO-TD/EM/6).
