Cleaning the 12 LLD Air Washer Ventilation system Cooled Air Ducts, by suitably arresting the air ducts, Scaffolding, Dismantling and removing the Fasteners at both sides of flange joints of the air Ducts, thorough Cleaning, removing the deposited particles, refixing the Air Ducts in position by providing necessary felt cloth, Fasteners in flange joints of Ducts and suitably plastering the gaps between the Duct and Wall, wherever necessary, as per the direction of the Board Engineer including consumables and hire charges for T&P.

Overhauling of 12 LLD Centrifugal fan, by dismantling the pulley, impeller - shaft assembly, pillow block and bearing assemblies, arresting both ends of the fan impeller shaft assembly ,inspection ,replacement of worn out internals and assembling with new rectified or released material such as bearings, taper sleeves, pulley, fan inlet corners fan vibration isolating pads , alignment, trial run, vibration checking ,commissioning and painting including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T& Ps.

Overhauling of Water Circulation System, -Overhauling of 3 No of 300 mm dia Gate Valves, 3 No. of 250mm dia Gate Valves, 3 No. of strainers (300mm dia), 3 No. of 250mm dia NRVs & 2 No.of 100 mm Gate Valves, including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T & Ps.

Charges for overhauling of severely worn-out and damaged 12 LLD Volume Control Damper by dismantling, cutting repairing / reconditioning, checking the operation of Volume Control Damper in Fan running condition including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T& Ps.

Charges for dismantling the existing GI Spray pipe with spray nozzles and end cap dia 40 mm, length 2960 mm, Total quantity 116 Nos. from the couplings of the water header pipes in water chamber of air washer units located at 10.5 Mtrs. floor by cutting / Unscrewing the pipes, Devoluting the scrap pipes after removing the spray nozzles to scrap stores as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (The Rates including the cutting gas, T& P hire charges, Scaffolding arrangements and all other consumables under contractor scope. )

Dismantling the existing severely corroded and damaged 200NB Spray Header pipe, routing through the brick wall masonry by providing suitable scaffolding at elevation above 9 meter, cutting, erecting and welding suitably with new retrieved pipe of same type and covering the wall opening; water leak checking, commissioning and painting, (200NB Pipe will be supplied by Board free of cost) including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T& Ps.

Charges for fabrication of 40mm GI Coupler by cutting and providing threading.Rates including the cutting gas, T& P hire charges , and all other consumables under contractor scope. )

Charges for Labour charges for proving of 116 Nos hole (Dia 40mm) and welding the 116 nos GI coupler in the header pipe in all three units as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (The Rates including the cutting gas, T& P hire charges , Scaffolding arrangements and all other consumables under contractor scope.)

Charge for fixing the G.I Spray Pipe With Spray Nozzles and end cap dia 40mm, length 2960mm total qty 116 Nos after cleaning the female thread and providing the thread in the couplings Size 40mm dia X 50mm length by using die & tap set if required, tightening the spray pipe proper positioning of the spray nozzles, charging of water arresting of water leaks if any in the coupling and end cap of the spray pipe at air washer Units located at 10.5mtr floor as per the direction of engineer in charge.[ the rates including all consumables like teflon tape, T&P hire charge scaffolding arrangement etc., under contractor's Scope]

Charges for lifting the blower shaft with the impeller assembly of approximate weight 1Ton by using the lifting arrangements, chain block etc. from floor, lifting, moving the assembly, keeping the whole blower assembly at supporting stand at both sides of centrifugal fan at air washer Unit I as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. [T&Ps and consumables under contractor’s scope]
