Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m for all kind of soil, as directed.

M & L for 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources as in foundation and filling mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted hot-dip galvalume aluminum-zinc alloy metallic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (Total Coated Thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 4, coating class AZ150 of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted hot-dip galvalume aluminum-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (Total Coated Thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 4, coating class AZ150 of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/facia and similar work, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick P.C.C(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor or top layers above brick/concrete srface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20(12+8) mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar (1:4) and top layer mixed with liquid WPC @ 0.25% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately as “Supply” only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 2 coats painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a coat of ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on new steel galvanised iron/steel works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade in newly plastered surface of external wall and applying two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering from wall and ceiling and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade over old plastered surfaces (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) incl exterior wall putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows ( wood) shutter of area 3 sq. metres and below each including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead.

M&L for Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium work for frame of Door with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)

M&L for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) shutters of door including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required.

M&L for Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum with decorative lamination on both sidesdoors, with C.P. brass / stainless steel screwsetc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (E/M PART)

Taking down carefully of any type of point wiring light, fans, socket or power complete fitting such as switch ceiling roses, pendent, regulator, sockets etc for taking schedule of credit and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor etc complete all as directed and specified.

Taking down unserviceable sub-main wiring any type with rigid steel conduits/PVC Conduits/PVC casing-caping complete all as specified and directed.

Colour of emission will be blue Colour with white background. The letter structure to be installed on the top of the Office building shall withstand 200 km/hr wind velocity. The required logo letter in Hindi, English will be fixed on terrace of the buildings.
