Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and spreading of Quarry Dust of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks including loading, unloading, spreading quarry dust over the compacted surface in suitable layers, watering, compacting with VRR for both Dry & Wet rolling all complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, Taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, operator expenses cost of water, fuel, lubricants etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading of IRC Grade-I metal of approved quality in layers, laying over the compacted surface to required slope/camber, & filling the interstices with required Quarry Dust as per specification, watering as reqired, compacting by VRR (both dry & wet) including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, water sprinkling, royalties, Taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil from the designated area as approved, leveling, ramming the excavated surface, placing the earth in proper shape as directed within all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries/vehicles etc., Port entry fees, all taxes etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing shoring & shuttering at foundation with form works made of steel shutters/ply with required all supports for placing of the earth in required position and dismantling the same after completion of the required work including supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dewatering the stagnated seepage water from the excavated areas using 5 HP Diesel pump, discharging water to near by drains, basins and other approved points by sufficient length delivery pipe, including supply of all labour, T&P, all taxes, hire and running charges of pump, transportation of pumps from one location to other location, all POL, suction and delivery pipe, engagement of pump operator in all three shifts as and when required etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge. NB : No idle hours shall be paid.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete of M-30 grade (using Crusher broken granite chips of 12 mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for RCC work) mixing in a Batching Plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means excluding form works, hoisting, laying in slabs in panels/walls/culvert slab etc. of required size, consolidating by mechanical vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding/hessian cloths, barricading the area etc with supply of all materials, labour, taxes, T&P, Port entry fees, royalties, tollage, transportation charges, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries, all testing, cost for design mix, sealing the top 50mm of the panel joints with bitumastic filler (But excluding cost of binding wire, cost of Steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel) etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:1½:3) (1 cement: 1½ sand:3 coarse aggregate) for R.C.C. work using 12mm & down grade hard black granite (CB) chips of approved quality including mixing, hoisting, laying, consolidating, curing, maintaining, proper level and slope, finished smooth to the exposed surface, with supply of all labour, material, tollage, taxes, T&P etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. (excluding centering shuttering, bending, binding and cost of steel).

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to I.S. Specifications including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid.

Providing Rigid and smooth leak proof centering and shuttering made of ply/steel for RCC works in slabs including dismantling them after setting with cost of all material, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, gate entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and laying bituminous mecadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface to the required grade, level and alignement and rolling with smooth wheeled, VRR to achieve the desired compaction as approved including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying of 20mm. thick premix carpet using 0.27Cum. of 13.2mm. to 5.6mm. size crusher stone chips and 14.60Kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm including packing to proper camber and compacting with PRR inclusive of hire & running charges of PRR, bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T&P articles including cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen, labour, T&P etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Providing, laying of 6mm. thick precoated sealcoat using 0.06Cum. of 6mm & dow size chips and 6.80Kg. of 60/70 penetation grade of bitumen for 10Sqm. including hire & running charges of PRR and equipments and machinery and all other T&P articles, cost and conveyance of materials to the work site, mixing and laying to the proper grade, level & alignment with supply all labour, T&P etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Blinding the road surface with quarry dust, sprreading as directed with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, tollage, royalties etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Cleaning of existing granular/black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to make the surface ready to receive bituminous emulsion with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Bricks works in C.M (1:6) in super structure by using bricks having crushing strength between 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm² of any height levels with cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, royalties, taxes, staging, scaffolding, curing all transportation charges etc. complete excluding GST & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

12mm thick Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) over outside & inside surface of brick work & R.C.C work at any floor & height including dismantling the old damaged cement plaster, racking out the joints rounding the corners, providing grooves or bead lining where found necessary & finishing smooth to the exposed surface with curing, scaffolding, staging including cost & supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Lifting the cover slab from platform site , transporting the same and placing at required location with out any damages to the slabs with supply of all labour, T&P, machineries, vehicles, equipments, gate entry fees,etc.complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in -charge.

Design, development, supplying and fixing of single sided Signboards of size 0.9mx0.9m made of Micro Prismatic Retro Reflective sheeting DG-3 pasted on 3 mm thick aluminum composite material as per IRC 67-2010, fixing each board with 8 Nos. of SS Mechanical Anchor Bolt of 8mm dia and 100mm long, the front side covered with Retro Reflective sheeting DG-3 with all letters, numerals and pictographs with border as per approved colour scheme including all taxes, transportation, tollage, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, taking all safety precautions while installation etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
