Cleaning of filter bed by removing wet mud algae muddy water, cleaning manually with the help of baskets including cleaning of perforated pipes holes, filter beds launders and channel with wire brush and scrapper etc. complete in all respects.

Repairing of main filter bed channel 24'-0’ long at bed including cost of dismantling of existing loose concrete cleaning of malba, laying of Cement Concrete M25 grade with Pidilite bonding agent, polymer hardener LW complete in all respects with making curved gola as per directions of EIC

Providing and fixing of 3” dia asbestos Tee including dismantling of broken tee and fixing the new tee with pipe with rubber ring and making cement concrete block 1:1½:3 with bonding agent pidilite MBP &Polymers Pidilite LW complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing of 3” dia asbestoes pipe of length 1.40 Mtr. long with perforated holes of 4mm on top side & 10mm on below side i/c dismantling of broken pipe and fixing the new pipe with existing tee with 1:1½:3 cement concrete after applying bonding agent like pidilite MBP & Polymers Pidilite LW etc complete in all respects.

Segregation of gravels of different size in layers i.e. gravel size (50mm to 80mm), (37 to 50mm), (12mm to 37mm), (5mm to 12mm) (0.45mm to 0.70mm) by stocking them on ground level manually complete in all respects.

Refilling of gravel (media) of different size in specified design and layers from height of 12’-0” manually with the help of buckets and tokri etc. complete in all respects.

Supplying & laying of filter media sand of size 0.40mm to 0.70mm on the top of bed from reach of 200 Mtr distance with manual labour by bucket and tokri & other T&P etc complete in all respects.

Cleaning and removal of sludge/ silt algae and other growth from the inlet box/ channel sedimentation tanks flocculate chambers/, RCC connecting chambers / launders including cleaning of floor and wall with high pressure jet pump/ sludge removal pump and vacuum cleaning pump complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of EIC (5MGD x 1Job = 5MGD)

Cleaning scrapping and removal of deposit material algae dust of shaft blades of agitators and stairs in sedimentation tank and also including painting with 1st quality paint as per site requirement complete in all respects. To the entire satisfaction of EIC. (i) Floculator shafts
