Maintenance, Repairs and Routine cleaning of Drainage System at AIIMS Raipur (FY 2026-27)

1. Cleaning of drains of approximate 5000 metre length monthly along with road gully trap, road chambers etc at AIIMS campus, by removal of malba, earth, sludge, leaves etc by employing manpower and suitable material/equipment required as per site condition. 2. Collection of malba at designated space for removal from site so that the area is clean. disposal of malba outside the campus (Disposal of malba will be paid separately). 3. The agency will employ minimum 4 no. sweepers daily for carrying out the above job along with tools and equipments such as shovels, collection pan, Flexible pipes, air compressor / water jet, wheel barrows and Tricycle Trolley etc for smooth execution of work.

1. Attending of complaints of choking of EWCs,basins etc in bathrooms, Toilets and making the waste lines functional at the entire campus, 2. The agency will employ minimum 4 no. sweepers daily for carrying out the above job along with tools, equiments, chemicals scaffoldings, safety belts, helmets etc required for execution of work. 3. The contractor must provide necessary safety related masks, gloves and body suit as required to carry out the work.

Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.
