Cleaning and disinfection of CWR or SR with mechanized equipment such as high pressure jet pump for cleaning of under sides of clear water tanks, removal of sludge and other foreign matter in tank if any. The sludge from the tank would be removed in the shape of slurry with the mechanized pump. The contractor must clean and disinfect the various water storage tank by unique six stage cleaning or disinfection process as below of Industrial area Neemrana. Stage I :- Mechanized dewatering.Stage II :-Desilting and removal of left over dirty water and sludge with sludge removal pump. Stage III :-Cleaning of wall, ceiling and floor by high pressure. water jet with the help of equipment which creates the pressure of 100-150 Bar. Stage IV :-Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vacuum cleaner. Stage V :-Spraying of non-toxic biodegrade eco friendly anti bacterial agent certified by a Govt approved laboratory to dis infect the tank from all harmful pathogens. The doze utilized should be safe as per the OECD guidelines 423 adopted on 17 Dec 2001. Stage VI :-Treatment of inside tank by exposing UV radiation to kill further suspended or floating bacteria if any. The contractor will specify the date of cleaning of tanks on each SR or CWR.The contractor has to execute the cleaning work 2 times in a year (at every 6 month).Capacity of SR :- 425000+1000000+1200000 = 2625000 Ltr. Capacity of CWR :-425000+1050000+1200000=2675000 Ltr.Total Quantity = 2*(2625000+2675000)=10600000 Ltr.
