Cleaning of water tanks, repair of tank railing, rain water pipe and other connected works in Md Accn of Shekhawati Line, NPG Line and Hazipir Line of AGE B/R-I under GE (West) Delhi Cantt-10

M & L for cleaning and degermination inside the RCC/PVC water storage tanks of capacity not exceeding 500 ltr of any description and in any position comprising the following seven stage as given in Item No 2 below cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC G65/INOXI-60/NB-69 and ultra violet rays complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) 1st stage: Drain out the water by using exit valve or with high capacity dewatering system or any other suitable method approved by Engr-in-Charge.(b) 2nd Stage: Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, (a laboratory tested branded chemical) and scrubbing the walls of the tanks.(c) 3rd stage: Cleaning with fresh water by high speed jet pump with pressure of 5 PSI.(d) 4th stage Sterilization by using TERBAC G5/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, (a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound) for first bateria screening.(e) 5th stage: Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner.(f) 6th stage: Sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria for 2nd bacteria screening.(g) 7th stage: Cleaning and sterlize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidised agent TERBAC G65/INOXI-60/NB-69 for third bacteria screening NOTE: (i)Test crtificate of TERBAC G65/INOXI-60/NB-69 etc from govt lab mentioning suitability for sterlization should be submitted to the Dept before using for aterlization(ii) Cleaning of tank shall only be carried out by the auth service provider of the material used. Necessary approval shall be obtained from GE before cleaning of the tanks.(iii) After cleaning of tank necessary completion certificate conforming the completion of sterilization of water tank shall be issued by the service provider and a sticker shall be fixed on the tank duly mentioning the date of cleaning and name of site etc.

All as per item No 1 above but capacity exc 1000 and not exc 2000 litres complete ditto

S & F in repair 500 ltr rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layer white in colour hoisted including float valve tank nippal ,necessary fiting and fixed in position including dismantling and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ' B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4 including all arrangement including demolition brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 12-15mm thick in ready mix on brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and fair (without using extra lime or cement) as in patch works or whole work including taking down cement plaster and necessary scaffolding, shuttering at any height up to 5 storey building complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and apply two coats of distempering walls with distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed (Height of building upto 5 story).

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on external surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls 110mm bore of pipe 1xclamp fixing between 3mtr complete all as specified and directed.
