Dismantling of ACSR conductor/earth wire of any size/type from pole by taking proper shutdown.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size from pole/wall.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement , LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 35 sq. mm 3.5 core complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, pole foundation, stay, laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable punned down to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid as directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing road for laying of XLPE cable of any size including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing level with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing, bus bar chamber of size 600x400x250mm made out of MS sheet 3.15mm, powder quoted with RAL 7032 (siemens grey) and aluminium strip of size 50x6mm-04 Nos (300mm long) with 200 Amps 25KA FP MCCB alongwith spreaded link for connection, including the panel shall be mounted on frame made out of 35x35x6mm angle iron with 600mm long legs grouted in PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

S&F cable route indicator on the cable route at every 25 mtr, terning etc made of PCC 1:3:6, grouted 30 cm below ground and 45 cm above ground painted in blue colour and engraved "LT cable" on it in letter of hight not less than 15 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

S&F GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complet with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60xm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 25x4mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1;2:4) reinfored with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in distance not exceeding 50 mtr and removal of surlus soil complete all as per plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to existing earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 49,578.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
