The bidder should have satisfactorily executed and completed as a prime contractor at least one work pertaining to the Supply or Installation or replacement of assembly or components of mechanical equipments in any thermal power plants of capacity 210 MW & above.
The bidder should have satisfactorily executed the above work in a single work order or purchase order of value not less than Rs.10.25 Lakhs in the preceding FIVE (05) years. The bidder shall upload the scanned copy of work order or purchase order and corresponding proof of completion certificate from KPCL/NTPC/any SEBI/Govt. Organisation/reputed private organization issued by competent authority.
The bidder in his name should have average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.20.51 lakhs or more achieved in any two years of the preceding FIVE financial years. The bidder should upload the scanned copy of audited turn over certificate including profit and loss account for preceding five completed financial years countersigned by charted accountant as documentary evidence.

The intending bidder shall not have been subject to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/termination of their contract in KPCL/government or any other utility and have not been blacklisted for participation in tender issued by KPCL or government or any other utility in India during the past 10 years.(Annexure-IV)
Declaration by the bidder that he has studied the site conditions, labour conditions and read bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that he has submitted the bid having studied understood and accepted the full implications of the agreement.(Annexure-V)
Declaration by the bidder that he has quoted the prices exclusive GST.(Annexure-VI)
The bidder shall sign and upload scanned copy of the Form of Bid (annexure-I) as per format enclosed.
