Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern) and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting/dado incl 10mm thick cement plaster (1:4) as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F non skid coloured ceramic tiles area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm and 7mm thick as in floor set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick screed in cement mortar 1 :4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.50 Sqm each making good the disturbed surfaces with 1:4 CM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium powder coated any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, partician, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for powder coated aluminium doors shutters,( thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) alumonium section weighing 0.55 kg/m incl necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing , handels 2 Nos in each door , hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all aspecified and directed by engr-In-Charge.

S&F 12mm thick particle board prelaminated on both sides as in panel of door shutters partition wall, work stations including beading etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium(extruded section body) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as directed and specified and directed.

S&F brass body Mortice lock, vertical type,size 100 mm 4 lever, incl escutcheon plate and two No keys fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 150mm long floor door stopper of aluminium alloy and tongue with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for false ceilings using GI snap grid system with roll-formed out of hot dip galvanised steel caping (powder coated) main runner 38 x 24 mm , cross Tee 29 x 24 mm and wall angle 24 x 24 mm members suspended with 4mm dia GI wire, carry maximum load up to 8.10 Kg/Sqm with 4mm thick designer ceiling board , pre painted Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions size 595 x 595mmx 4mm thick any texture (Lake and Hill, oceaniccascade or Electra) as approved by GE all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M &L in repair for PVC profile for wall panelling colour / shade as approved size 250mm wide, 08 mm over all thick with 1 mm wall thickness fixed with screw to mild steel square ( size 20mmx 20mmx 1mm thick) tubler frame work including one coat of red oxide primer, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PVC profile corner beading L/T type for wall panelling, colour/shade matching with wall panelling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slab and granite of any description or thickness in floors etc and removing the debries outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), for laying of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&Lfor pure black Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including moulded of edges grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash basin white oval shape counter top of size 630x450mm including all fitting like CP pillar tab swan neck, pvc connection, CP waste coupling 32mm size half threaded with 130mm height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 32mm dia Brass chromium plated bottle traps for wash basins with inlet and outlet screwed for pipe or connections including necessary packing, union and cap complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum) with automatic sensor flushing system, with grating and union for discharge pipe including flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal aginst wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screw, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, gratting and Union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore angle valve chromium plated with wall flange and fancy type with high pressure screwed down with CP flange.

Supplying and fixing in repair for vitreous china wash down water closet pan, white (pedestal pattern), including plastic water closet seat, black/white, jet spray, closed pattern with recessed bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan “orrisa” pattern of size 580mmx440mm “white” with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl provision of cement concrete bedding, ‘P’ trap 100mm dia connection to trap , anti-syphonage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet ball valve foat and handle including brackets 10 litres complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs bib tap cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repiar CP connection 15mm size for Hot & Cold water with CP nuts of length 450mm long all as specified

S&F 20mm bore Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed including taking down complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
