M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and repair, stopping nails and applying one coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint as per approved shade/coloured on walls in camouflage pattern as approved by user complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

M&L for complete removel of old existing tretment of wall surfaces and repair, stopping nails and applying two coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint over a coat of exterior grade primer of same brand as per approved shade/coloured on walls in camouflage pattern as approved by user complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade in camouflage pattern as approved by user (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.
