Providing and fixing of false flooring with 300mm finished floor height (as per detailed technical specifications and room layout)

Providing and fixing false ceiling with less height between actual roof (as per detailed technical specifications and room layout)

Dismantling of present false ceiling and storing it at a store location in the premises. Making space-cutting provisions for existing light fixtures and fire-alarm sensors in false ceiling. Repair plaster/ concrete / brickwork in the vicinity in case of damage while removing existing false ceiling

Cutting, removing and sealing of existing fire extinguisher pipes & AC ducts

Removal of door between Server Room and adjacent Room and storing it at a store location in the premises; subsequently, making a brick-wall in that area with plaster and whitewashing.

Control Room (4th floor) (12m X 10m)

Providing and fixing of false flooring with 300mm finished floor height (as per detailed technical specifications and room layout).

Removing existing glass & aluminium partitions in the area. Repair false ceiling, plaster/ concrete / brickwork in the vicinity in case of damage while fixing of false flooring and wooden partition.

Providing and fixing new aluminium frames in the area separating it into two equal parts for Backup NRLDC and Backup ERLDC.

Providing and fixing new wooden partition (in aluminium frames as per item 2.03 above) in the area separating it into two equal parts for Backup NRLDC and Backup ERLDC.

Supply of miscellaneous materials and items

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
