Erection of steel tubular of steel rail pole of length exceeding 11 mtrs. But not exceeding 13 mtrs in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3sand: 6 Graded Stone aggregate and refilling is required.

Supplying and erection of bow stay set complete Galvanized with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8M long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cm x 45cmx 7.5 mm, thimblle, stay clamps, turn bucjle (20mm x 60cm), 7/4 mm dia G.I stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and erection of 33KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I Pin, nut, washer etc as ewquired.

Supplying and erection of a set of three 11KV disc insulator for 33KV overhead lines with galvanized insulator fitting ball and socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washer etc. as required

Erection of ACSR conductor DOG of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 diameter and above including binding etc as required. (12 SPNx50Mtrs x3 wire)= 1800 Mtrs x 0.394Kg/Mtrs=709.20+2% sagging + 2% binding & jumphering=737.56Kg

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc.as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper aluminium over head conductor, G.I wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required (12SPN x50Mtrsx3wire)= 1800 Mtrs x 0.394Kg/Mtrs-709.20Kg)

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm x40mm x6mm (7.14 Kg per meter) double pole cross arm for 3 wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolats and nuts for clamping complete with through bolats and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50mm x6mm M.S Flats weldded on one side to the channel iron and with bolats and nut on the other side for tying the cross arms together, inculding drilling holes for insulator pins/ fitting, bolts, nuts and washer etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paints as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75MMx40MMx6MM (7.14 Kg per Mtrs) cross arm for 2 wire overhead line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 100MM50MMx6MM (9.56 Kg per Mtrs) Cross arm for two wire 33KV overhead line conductors complete with 50MMx50MMx6MM angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50MMx6MM M.S flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fitting, bolts, nuts, washeretc and painting with primer and finished paints as required.

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC/PCC/Steel Tubular/ Rail pole as required.

Supplying and erection of set of cross bracing FRL same work for 33KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabrication out of 65MMx65MMx6MM width x 2800 MM height Complete 50MMx6MM M.S flat iron clamps, bolats nuts, washer etc and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Erection of G.I wire 8 SWG including binding etc. as required.

Cradling : Supplying and erection of G.I Wire 8 SWG including binding etc. as required.
