Outsourcing of manning and operation of pump house at HQ GNA area, Jeevanti pump house and 2W Det pump house under GE Gomantak Vasco

Providing works services for manning & operation of water supply installation round the clock consisting of three shifts of 8 hrs each (Timing 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs,1600 hrs to 2400 hrs, 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs) including Sundays and holidays for the pumping set electric driven 3 phase 415 Volts with pump set 10 HP - 02 Nos and 20 HP - 02 Nos pump including distribution of water with operating valves located at different place in Gomantak Pump House Area.

All as per item No 1 here in before,but for Pump House at 2W Det for three shifts (0600 hrs to 1400 Hrs, 1400 Hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs)

All as per item No 1 here in before,but for Pump House at INHS Jeevanti for two shifts (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs)

Notes for item No.1 and 3 :- (a) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state government/local body whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, contribution to ESIC, contribution of Bonus and LWC under respective headings/sub items. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non bonafide/invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest bidder shall be determined from the valid /bonafide bids only. (b) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes cess levies as applicable including GST (c) The operators shall be experienced holder of 2 years in a concerned field with minimum qualification of ITI and also submit a copy of ITI certificate.

(d) The contractor has to provide proper uniform and safety shoes to electrician without any extra cost to the department. (e) Rates quoted for respective job will be deemed to be inclusive of above aspects.

(f) The contractor will be whole responsible if operator found absent during shift, and a double amount of one shift will be made recovery from the payment due to the contractor.

(g) 01 Operator (Skilled) to be employed in each shift of 08 hrs each. (h) Log sheet shall be maintained properly and the cost of stationary reqd for the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.. (j) The Contractor will be responsible for safe custody of installation and hand over the installation to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period.
