Taking down existing unservicable treatment of any description including cement plaster/conctrete any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 02 KMs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 Mixed with water proofing compound as in levelling course over RCC roof surfaces complete all as spd and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item

For Non-Acessable Roof:- M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with APP modifed plain membrane, thickness of membrane not less than 3.0mm and weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm comprising with following items including items as mentioned in serial no. 3.01 here-in - after as specified and directed. (a) The surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths, etc. over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as, fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For drain out lets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angle-fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipes, chimney stacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners. (b) 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC under Bitumious based Primer conforming to IS: 3384 @ 0.30 Kg/SM to be applied on prepared surface, till the surface is properly impregnated.

Contd Item No. 3.00 (c) After the application of approved bituminous primer the water proofing membrane shall be laid on the primed surface by torch application method as per manufacturer’s instruction. The overlap while torching shall be 100mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (d) All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. (e) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/timers should be rounded.(f)Apply two coats of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm complete all as per manufacturers instructions.

For Accessible Roof:- M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with APP mineral/gravel finish modified membrane thickness of membrane not less than 3.0mm and weighing not less than 3.0 kg/sqm comprising with following items as mentioned in serial No 4.01 here - in - after as specified and directed. M&L for cool roof ceramic tiles 8-9mm thick 300x300mm size, white coloured confirming to sun reflective Index (SRI) value minimum of 90 over & including 15 mm thick 1:3 screed bed set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm laid with using spacer of not less than 2-3mm wide and joint shall be grouted with epoxy tile grout complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing leak proof shuttering in any position cut to length and providing including runners supports as per manufacturer’s instructions and including all necessary scaffolding, machinery, tools tackles and men materials. Note : Item should be executed under supervision of micro concrete applicator, shuttering & scafolding will be passed by Engr-in-Charge through writing.

Supply & fixing of Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Additional Reinforcement : In case the shear reinforcement also, if the diameter of the rebars are reduced , provided 8mm dia stirrups in the form of 2"U" shaped bars. The Tie bars in provided properly so that it has a tight contcat with the main bars. M&L for providing Micro concrete with CICO MICROCRETE at the rate of 25kg per 0.0125 m3 with 20% properly graded 5mm to 10mm silt free aggregate as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically electrically operated mixer machine etc complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Before execution of item, material and company applicator/Agent should be approved by accepting officer. (ii) item will be execute by company applicator/agent. (iii) Concreting shall be done by chipping the cover in average 25-50mm, than treated the expose steel bars by rust removal CICO or approved rust remover in two coats and providing anti corrosive passivation coating with two coats of SBR latex to whole surface to received next treatment as per manufacturer instruction's.
