Dismantling RCC by manual / by using deploying machineries etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.
Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.
Removing all existing loose concrete upto rusted rod, Surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade/ Sand paper for exposed reinforced corroded steel, application of anti corrosive paint for existing reinforcement, followed by application of SBR Bonding agent and one layer of micro concrete at 15 to 20mm thick & allowing it to cure and also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. and surface plastering of 1:3 mix with SBR added cement. Followed by one coat of Elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR, Elastomeric, plaster of paris, Micro concrete, Ladder, Ropes, Buckets and Brushes etc., complete complying with slandered specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.
Plastering with Lime Mortar 1:2, One Coat, 12mm thick etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Easing the existing over hanging doors and windows including renewing frame its position and refixing the same after attending petty repair works including for wrough and putup in position fixing necessary furniture excluding cost of aurniture etc, complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
White washing three coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
Renewing and refixing of 5.50mm thick Plain glass for required size supported by existing reeper and its original position. The rate inclusive labour charges, glass cutting, shutter removing , refixing , transport etc,. complete complying with standard specification.
Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish louvered ventilator of size 900x600mm with outer frame section with 62x38x2mm at 1.174 kg/m and the louvered with moving arrangements made with aluminium channel of size 60x30x4mm @ 1.274 kg/m ALuminium clips 19.05x17.27/ 11.05x0.075mm @ 0.169kg/m with necessary 4mm thick plain glass panel for louvers including cost of all materials, labour and power required for fabrications, chipping dismantling making holes in RCC, masonry and made good to the original condition after fixing etc... complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers. The Aluminium surface is to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification 1868/1962 for anodic film thickness of notless than 15 Microns,etc., complete.
Re-painting the interior walls with two coats of best quality interior Emulsion Paint of approved colour including through scraping, removal of dirt etc.,. The rate included cost of brushed, sand paper, plaster of paris, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
Re-Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint with priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/ sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting, and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3(2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The UPVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works. - Internal water supply - above ground level.
