Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Ordinary Portland cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. Designing, Providing and fixing self-supporting steel roofing system of M/s Mercury or M/s Proflex or equivalent make for shed/hangar (size 14 m span x 23 m length x 7.0 m height at centre : span/2 and size 11 m span x 23 m length x 5.5 m height at centre : span/2). The self supported roofing system should be designed to withstand the wind load (as per BIS 875 part-3 & earthquake load as per BIS 1893). The roof panel formation shall be done as per required length and curvature using hydraulic operated profile machine to give it the trapezoidal shape in required curvature (as per tentative sketch of arch of shed and panel profile attached in tender documents). In this process the width of the sheet reduces from 914 mm to 610 mm (tolerance +/- 2 mm). The curved panels should have interlocking formation and must crimped together using mechanical seaming machine by imposing a suitable load to ensure the seaming of required rigidity. Minor colour chipping / scratching should be rectified by applying epoxy lacquer. The base material thickness of CR steel shall be 1.00 mm (tolerance +/- 0.02 mm) & Min. 350 Mpa yield strength. This sheet will have hot dip AZ150 GSM Al.- zinc alloy coating of AZ150 GSM ( galvalume) as per ASTM A792D-02/AS 1397 of 55% aluminium, 43% zinc and 1.6% silicon (JSW-BPSL or equivalent make) and paint coating of regular modified polyester paint as per RAL colour, top coat 25 micron and bottom coat 12 micron as per approved colour, including profiling as per requirement, fixing clamps, hangers etc. including providing and fixing necessary nos. of wedge anchor fasteners of dia. 12 mm and length 150 mm in RCC for fixing of sheet, all transportations, loading, unloading, tools & plants, all taxes excluding GST, erection with suitable crane using spreader bar etc. complete as per direction of engineer-In-charge.

Note-1) For payment purpose, only plan area of each shed/hangar shall be measured. For plan area, width shall be considered as minimum clear span between sheet profile. 2) Both gable ends of both sheds shall be kept open. 3) This item is to be executed through specialised agency in self-supporting steel roofing system like M/s Mercury or M/s Proflex or equivalent agency approved by Engineer-in -charge. Specialised agency should give warranty of minimum 10 years for stability of shed, fixing of sheet profile with RCC foundation and material test certificate and colour warranty certificate for 10 years from material manufacturer. Rate is inclusive for all these activities and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 4) This item is also inclusive of providing and fixing necessary, sufficient clamps, fixtures for fixing 8 light fittings and supporting cable in each shed as per direction of engineer-in -charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 5) Roof sheet material should have edge marking of manufacturers name and base material thickness on it at regular intervals..The Agency also need to submit material test report from steel mill supplier for each steel coil for thickness, coating mass, yield strength etc.

Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for "supporting foundation structure in consultation with specialized agency of self supporting roofing system. Scope of work includes :- Planning, Designing & Detailing, drawing, RCC design with relevant seismic and wind considerations for Civil Works. The RCC drawings and designs shall be vetted by a Government Engineering College/IIT/NIT. Note:- i) Consultant has to provide Engineering Consultancy for above design. ii) The cost as incurred towards vetting of the RCC drawings and designs is included in this item hence no extra payment shall be made in this regard.
