Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 150 mm bore (ISI marked) with & including all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 150 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Cast Iron Air Release Valve with 2 air outlets 80mm bore and fixed to 80mm to 150mm bore GI pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing electric driven centrifugal pump set horizontal split casing pumps, CI body, stainless steel shaft and bronze impeller with suitable size of 20 HP capacity induction motor, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 1450 RPM, AC, totally fan cooled, capacity of pump to deliver 1470 LPM at 30 mtr head discharge, complete with pump with flexible tyre type coupling having suction 100mm dia & discharge 80mm dia, fixed on common base frame foundation including suitable size holding down bolts, nuts, washers, grouted in PCC (1:2:4 type B1) as per manufacturer’s recommendation with & including anti vibration pads, connecting with suitable size PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing factory made and tested (CPRI type test certified) LT Panel Box cubical type (KIOSK) (outdoor type) of size as per IS specifications, 415 Volt, 3 Phase & neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, protection class IP-53, dust & vermin proof for outdoor use, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, powder coated inside & outside of flint grey shade (RAL-7032), machine pressed, both side opening in two halves with provision of rubber beading and locking system, including aluminium bus bar of 300 Amp capacity, TPN, 4 strip in colour code mounted on porcelain insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers for each MCCB/cubical switch shall have the independent opening, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle of size 50x50x5 mm including internal wiring with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cables of appropriate size but not less than 6 sqmm with proper ferrule & cable glands, including danger notice sticker, comprising & including the following accessories complete all as specified and as directed :- (Contd…)

Notes for serial item No. 18.00 :- (i) Vertical height of legs of LT panel base frame shall be not less than 45 cm from top of nearest road level / PCC floor finish. Legs shall be grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate). (ii) The contractor shall produce and get the detailed drawings of LT Panel approved from GE before fabrication and placing the order to the approved manufacturer. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include supply & provision of built in flush type locks (with 02 keys) of superior quality as directed by Engineer in Charge. (iv) MS frame work shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer. (v) Cost of MS frame work, painting, platform, MCCB spreaders, cable glands, locking arrangement with lock and key and any minor addition/alteration where required at site (the decision of GE will be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified. Note :- Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10 sqmm multistranded copper conductor, 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed copper screen protected 1100 Volts grade submersible flat cable (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

S&F Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 25mm bore (minimum weight 455 gms), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing to Panels / Transformer / GOD switch / equipments etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to Panel / transformer / GOD / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

M&L for Valve Pit of internal size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm built in brick masonry complete all as specified in Particular Specifications and as shown on drawing No. BTD-811 Sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2 including dismantling of old existing unserviceable vale pit.

M&L for Valve Pit of internal size 150cm x 150cm x 150cm built in brick masonry complete all as specified in Particular Specifications and as shown on drawing No. BTD-811 Sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2 including dismantling of old existing unserviceable vale pit.

M&L for Boring of holes (horizontally) under road, pavement, hard standing etc by trench less technology using necessary machine suitable for passing the DI/CI/GI pipe upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting/dismantling of PCC hardstanding / WBM road with soling & premix carpet of any description for laying/repair/replacement of water supply pipe lines and disposal of debris & rubbish to a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m and making good the same with & including plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting of existing DI/CI/GI pipe upto 150 mm bore in position for reducing to required length for insertion of new branch, tee, collar, tail pieces, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work and fittings required for job shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.
