S&F in replcement of copper strip 25x3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors or down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In copper strip copper should be more than 90%. Copper percentage test certificate from govt approved lab should be produced before excecution of work complete all as specifid and directed.

S&F in replacement of high quality copper bolts with nuts, washer to replace and repair existing earthing bolts of length 3cm and bore 4mm all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of high quality copper bolts with nuts, washer to replace and repair existing earthing bolts of length 4cm and bore 7mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing with copper thimble in replcement of FRLS PVC insulated, single core, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells, Grandley,Gloster

S&F in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of pit upto 1 mt depth & pouring salt 25 Kg & magnisium sulphate 25 Kg,25 kg charcoal including retruning filling as all as specifid and directed.

S&F in replacement of the earth pit cover polypropylene (250 mm Top x 340 mm Bottom x 250 mm Height) of 2 Kg weight shall be included in the scope of work complete all as specifid and directed.

Checking of earth resistance by earth meger & submitting records with user signature Monthly all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) 18000 Rs penlty for per month if contrector fail to sumitted the record in time every month of 1st week complete all as specifid and directed.

S&F in replacement of galvanized iron steel water tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade, laid in trenches, including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm synthetic bib cocks all as specified and directed.

M&L for Exothermically welding of size 50x6 + 25x3 mm of copper strip T joint shape with the help of mould used exoweld material (Terraweld powder T115,T200 per weld) should be done in all the joints. Note :- (1) Before weld contractor have to make Mould with handle for exothermic welding 4 way central joint of 25x3 mm Copper Strip. (2) Terraweld Exo-thermic Weld Powder (T200) per weld with ignitor. (3) Welding joint should be clean by Metal Bristles before welding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 32 mm medium grade PVC pipe ISI marked, buried the earthing strip into the ground for poper insulation of building and equipment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Brazing of size 40mmx25mmx5mm in copper strip of size 25x3mmat the joint of strip through copper rod of proper size and combination of oxygen acetylene gas cylinder.Joint must be able to withstand high tensile strength and properly done without any defect or without any crack all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) If any crack found in the brazing contractor will do brazing free of cost again.

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit cover (5 inch thick and diameter aruond the earth pit should not less than 40 cm )complete all as specified and directed .

TRANSFORMER : Disconnecting electric connection from incoming GOD 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Drain out the transformer oil from transformer to barrels complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the core from transformer including cleaning of cores, transformer tanks and assembling the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Transporting the transformer from site at HQ 30 wing to Workshop (Distance approximate 25 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding copper wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Insulating material i.e. Varnish, sheaves etc whichever required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Pouring the transformer oil from barrels to transformer including dehydration complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour charges for re-winding of transformers complete all as specified and as directed.

Crane required for loading and unloading complete all as specified and as directed.
