Improvement/Renovation of Community Hall at Vishwakarma Sabha, Bakshi Nagar in Ward No 28

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters’ lead For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 1000x1000 mm.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty : Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm(weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class deodar wood (30 mm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Removal of Excavated mulba dismantled unserviceable material from the site of work by mech. Transport / Animal Transport or otherwise including loading complete job.

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick

Distemper with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats ) over and including priming coat with cement primer including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete ,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete. : 100x10 m

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete : 100mm

Providing and fixing of innaugration stone with pedestal complete job as per direction engineer-in charge.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading / unloading & stacking complete. • Stone aggregate below/above 40mm Nominal size Crushed for an average distance of 10 kms.
