To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 562.22 Lakhs
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Maintenance/Repairs/Waterproofing of Building Work of value not less than Rs. 140.56 Lakh

The proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment planning and deployment duly supported with broad calculations and quality control procedures proposed to be adopted, justifying their capability of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity equal to (AxNx1.5 - B) A equal to Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. 0.5 Year where B equal to Value at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.5 Year form the probable date of Award of this contract.
Each Tenderer should further demonstrate- liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.140.56 lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (Enclosed with this NIT under Forms of Bid qualification information as per Govt. Circular No. FD-CAM/16/2022(P-2), dated. 22.08.2022) (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)
