Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1 :4: 8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) 50 mm thick including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1: 1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351,manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 2.0 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 2.00 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge: Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to metre each jamb Profile B including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately} Second class teak wood 30 mm thick shutters including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Wall painting on a cement plaster surface with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Wiring for Light/Fan/call bell point with modular type switch/socket and GI box, Modular type face plate etc in 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable in 1.6 mm thick PVC conduit pipe. Group A including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing and laying of base course of floors consisting of 100 mm thick sqm cement 1 :8: 16 and 100 mm sand or stone filling including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D kg or more including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Painting top of roof with bitumen of approved quality@17kg per 10 sqm inpregnated with a coat of coarse sand at 60cudm per10 sqm including cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene iol complete with residual type petrolium bitumen of grade VG-10 including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Provideing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over 12mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 and finished neat with common burnt clay non-modular brick tiles of class designation 10 including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes confirming to IS 13592 type A including jointing with seal ring confirming to IS 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal Expansion (i) single socketed pipes 75mm dia including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.
