Demolition of brick/clay tile or terracing tile, single layer on roofs including screed bed and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping, including old tar/bitumen sheet and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing 75 mm thick plain cement concrete in 1 : 3 : 6 mix, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in paving/ plinth protection laid in panels, finished even and fair

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, built in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fabrication of steel as in framed work such as grills, gratings, ladders, balusters, walk ways, railing, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick on framework of water tank as base slab for water tank.

Material and labour for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces such as roof,parapet etc in cement mortar (1:4) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for roof treatment as follows:- (a) Applying one coat of SBR latex based bond coat using Latex Plus of Berger or equivalent after mixing with water and cement in ratio of 1:4:7 to improve the bonding between residual and PU coat. Allow to dry bond coat for 4-6 hours before applying PU coat and surface to be cleaned before applying PU coat . (b) Applying two coats of single component, cold applied, water based polyurethane modified acrylic dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the roof with HS PU Roofkoat of Berger or Equivalent at 0.6 kg/per Sqm for each coat without dilution confirming to ASTM D 6083-97a (Standard Specification for Liquid Applied Acrylic Coating Used In Roofing)Each coat should allow to dry 4-6 hours and sandwiching 40gsm Geo-textile between two coats. Spread 40gsm Geo textile over 1st coat when coat is wet condition The component shall have a density of 1.25 to 1.3kg/per Litre, having tensile strentgh of 1.5N/mm2, having elongation of 350% with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats . SRI value should be more than 100. the quoted rate shall include surface prepartion,repair the crack in mother slab by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in CM 1:4 admixed with latex agent of reputed manufacture, making coving at Junction, bore packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per manufacurer's specification and direction of the Engineer In Charge. Make: Berger or Equivalent NOTE:- The above treatment shall be got carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer approved by the GE.

Taking up or down 20mm dia GI tubing surface / concealed laid in wall / floor / ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI Tubing medium grade with all fitting fixed to wall/Ceiling or laid on floor complete of size 20mm bore all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and Refixing 20mm bore water tubing surface/concealed in same/new location after cleaning and application of bituminous paint on concealed portion of tubing including cutting & threading pipe and provision of additional fittings such as socket, tee, elbow, union (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix (SWR) PVC pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints laid under floor or on walls fixed as soil waste/vent pipes including taking up or down existing PVC pipes and connections complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix in repairs UPVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110mm bore with access door, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks from roof exc 250 n.exc 500 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 500 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polytheline three layered water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position.

Dismantling water tanks from roof exc 500 n.exc 1000 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 750 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polytheline three layered water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of exc 500 & n.exc 1000 Ltrs capacity setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc, and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Ball valves high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball scrured for iron pipe of dia 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed .
