Work Contract for Conversion of existing 22KV Vazhudhavour feeder HT OH Line in to 33KV XLPE UG Cable at Railway Crossing KM 22 200 300 in between chinnababusamudiram and puducherry Railway station as per request of divisional engineer.

Work item

Excavation of cable trench up to the dept of 1.5 Mtrs for all types of soil. The work includes back filling and ramming of the trench with excavated earth (2 Runs of 80 Mtr Each)

Supply & Laying of GI pipe 160mm dia 6mm thickness 6m length(2 runs of 33 Kv 3*400 sqmm Xple UG cable)by means of trenchless horizontal direction drilling which includes pioting using proper tools, tracker reading & rearing of required diameter and pulling GI Pipe without causinf damage to the utillity, work including providing of entry pit, exit pit removal of surface earth including charges for providing of butt joint if necessary as directed by engineer-in charge. The encasing pipe should be laid 3 meter below the ground level. (2 Runs of 80 Mtr Each)

Labour Charges for laying of 33KV cable of sixe 3X400 sqmm armoured XLPE cable in the trench as directed by the authorities( The cable will be supplied by the department)

LabourCharged for providing 33KV heat shrinkable outdoor type and termination joint kit for 3 X 400 sqmm armoured XLPE cable with suitable jumper connections.

Erection of tapping structure with stay as per TNEB stadard including fixing to top channel cross bracing cocreting painting, etc.,

Erection of stay set complete with fixibg up stay wire, eye, bow, guy, etc.,

Mass concreting of pole with 1:4:8 mix using 40mm jelly, inclupding curing (material & labour)

Stay concreting of pole with 1:4:8 mix using 40mm jelly, including curing(Material & labour)

Earthing of each structure on either side of the crossing

Vertical erection of GI pipe 160mm dia
