REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF CONVENTIONAL STREET LIGHT PERIMETER LIGHT WITH LED LIGHT FITTINGS AND REPAIR TO DG SET FOR AIR FORCE STATION AMRITSAR

Amount

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavation soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts. Complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

M&L, locally available , sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protectionprependicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement, complete including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying jointing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional are 10 Sqmm 4 core LT, 1100 volts grade , laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying jointing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional are 95 Sqmm 3.5 core LT, 1100 volts grade , laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying jointing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional are 10 Sq mm 2 core LT, 1100 volts grade , laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying jointing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional are 16 Sqmm 4 core LT, 1100 volts grade , laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of steel tubular pole with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5m above ground level (in white and black strips of 30cm each) and 2 coats of aluminum paint above 1.5 mtr height including cross arms, bracing ,clamps GI pipe fittings etc as per site after preparation of surface including writing pole Nos, feeder Type with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of PCC pole with 1 coats of Cement base paint upto 1.5m above ground level (in white and black strips of 30cm each) and 2 coats of aluminum paint to bracing ,clamps GI pipe fittings etc as per site after preparation of surface including writing pole Nos, with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light junction box insulated and made out of environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free,polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced of size in mm should be not less then 205 X 255 X 112. The box shall be rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP 66/67 including busbar,MCB and all fixing material as required all as specified and directed. Make: cat. Part no KF2525 of Hensel or equivalent in Siemens/GE Power/Rittal.

Supply and laying fixing 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) Aluminium conductor, twin core, PVC insulated unsheathed cable, drawn in steel/PCC pole for connection to street light fitting and making incl PVC Pipe of suitable size connections, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F the following unsv parts of automatic mains failure (AMF) panel 12 v DC and 440 V AC supply operated system, all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing driver for LED flood Light 100 Watt capacity all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing driver for LED flood Light 150/250 Watt capacity all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing driver for LED street Light 60 Watt capacity all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing driver for LED street Light 70 Watt capacity all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF DG SET

CAPACITY 25 KVA TO 45 KVA (a) Servicing of DG Set 25 KVA to 45 KVA of any make including changing of engine oil sump gasket with nuts bolts and check the all nuts bolts complete of engine and alternator alongwith replacement of defective parts, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: All parts make kirloskar) (ii) 25 KVA - 01 Nos (Sewage pump) (iii) 30 KVA - 03Nos (SMC & 41, Khasa Domestic area,DSC Sewage PH. ) (iv) 35 KVA - 03 Nos (PH No 1, Domestic area) PH No 3 (Tech Area) & PH No 4 (Muradpur area) (v) 45 KVA - 02 Nos (Immols & Airmen Mess)

(b) S&F in replacement lube oil filter element complete all as specified and directed engineer –in-charge

CAPACITY 200 TO 250 KVA (a) Servicing of DG Set 200 KVA to 250 KVA of any make including changing of engine oil sump gasket with nuts bolts and check the all nuts bolts complete of engine and alternator alongwith replacement of defective parts, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: All parts make kirloskar) (i) 200 KVA - 01 Nos (Muradpur area) (ii) 250 KVA - 01 Nos (Radar power house Tech area) (iii) 250 KVA - 01 Nos (Rohni Radar Tech area)

(b) S&F in replacement lube oil filter element complete all as specified and directed engineer –in-charge

(c) S&F in replacement fuel filter element complete all as specified and directed engineer –in-charge

(d) General servicing of DG set by opening of tappet cover/top cover tappet clearance setting with injector timing adjustment reffixing of tappet/top cover including replacement of tappet cover packing set, shellac/bostic tube all as directed.

(f) S&F in replacement element air cleaner complete all as specified and directed engineer –in-charge

(g) Tightining of all electrical connection AVR connection , alternator connection and Panel connections

(h) Tightining of all the hoses , replacement of leakage Fuel connection any size and length.

M&L for repairing cleaning/ servicing of radiator assembly of DG set including decaling of tubes with solution and chemicals and compressed air blast including soldering/gas welding of leaking tubes including cutting welding of rusted ms tubes with new tubes transportation to workshop, and back and re fixing after testing complete and making it leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fan belt set of DG set of existing size complete all as specified and directed engineer –in-charge

S&F in replacement head gasket of DG set complete.

M&L for rewinding of DG set self start assembly of any capacity with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including replacement of unserviceable spare parts of existing make and re-assembling connecting and testing on load all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling of multigrade Diesel engine oil 20w/40 suitable for DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only coolant suitable for DG Set against respective items, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including removal of debries out of defence land complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors, finished the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of VMR (Voltage moniring Relay) suitable for existing DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and topping up of distilled water in lead acid battery of DG set of any capacity complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete

M& L in replacement of UNSV battery charger auto type of capacity 12 V, 6 Amps for charging lead acid batteries as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix timer switches 415 V three Phase of 6 KW digital 24 Hrs type with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure complete with all connecting accessories all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.Make: Havells or equivalent.

M&L for repairing cleaning/ servicing of fuel tank of DG set of any capacity including soldering/gas welding of leaking tanks including cutting welding of rusted ms tubes with new tubes and other parts transportation to workshop, and back and re fixing after testing complete and making it leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out alternator of 125 KVA to 200 KVA DG sets of any make, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge, varnishing, changing insulating material, assembling, testing and connecting to DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Rates quoted by contractor deemed to be included the rates for tranportation of alternator from site to workshop.

Material & Labour for painting to DG Set of 30 KVA to 250 KVA by gun spay for existing colour all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair Three phase Voltmeter Digital type class 0.5 incl of suitable for existing make complete all as spceified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Three phase Ammeter Digital type class 0.5 of suitable for existing complete all as spceified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
