Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and in any position, above or below ground floors, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605 mm x 605 mm in true horizontal level, hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 mm X 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross “T” of size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 mm X 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 mm X 600 mm and wall angle of size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm. S & F 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, panelled shutters (multi panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board, Grade -I, Type -I (solid core, general purpose), designation (SO GP-I) conforming to IS 3097 supplied and fixed to chowkhats. The size of style and rail as per IS 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wood or wooden surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frames of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter as per IS 15931: 2012 with 19 gauge thickness mild steel tube and tapering 20 mm in 45⁰ angle on both sides forming styles and on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and on both sides to form lock rail complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M & L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and applying APP modified bituminous water proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement and plain finish of 3 mm thick (not less than 3.8 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25° C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc. and including applying bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.125 Kg / sqm on finished APP surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
