Providing & Fixing of retro-reflective type logo signboards with destination sign boards with 03 years warranty ,of Size 22' x 3' as per IRC guidelines with information on One side made out of class C micro prismatic grade retro -reflective sheeting conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 , mounted over hard and corrosion resistant aluminium composite material of 4mm thick conforming to ASTM D903, ASTM C393 ,ASTM D732) The Signage to be fixed and back supported by frames made of 40mm square hollow iron pipe of 3.2 mm thick all round riveted board using aluminium rivets of diameter 5.00mm ,an supported on two G.I iron pipe supporting posts of 75 mm diameter with sufficient mild steel angle and mild Steel Flat iron sections fixed using welds,nuts and bolts ,erected vertically by embedding the base in concrete M25 of size 2' x2'x3' foundation Designation names ,arrows ,numerals ,symbols ,Pictures,Logos etc of specified shape and size as mentioned in drawings should be with Type XI micro prismatic grade retro-reflective sheeting materials,The cost labor for taking fixing the posts with base plates welded at bottom for anchorages,and painting all exposed non reflective faces ,support structure and connections with epoxy paint two coats over epoxy primer ,incluuding all conveyence of material to the site etc and as directed by the officer -in-Charge.
