Providing and planting following trees 10 ft.clear trunk with 6" inch girth & specified height of the trees , including digging pit of 1m x 1m x 1 m & filling pits with mixture of approved quality red soil and farm yard manure in 1 : 1 proportion, (excluding cost of red garden soil & manure) consolidation of the pits by watering , profuse watering after planting of trees including cost of trees, labours ,loading & unloading , transportation , tools & plants, etc. all complete & as directed by the Engineer - in-charge.

Providing and laying Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper cleaning of site , uprooting & removing all vegetation, roots boulders stone pieces, debris & disposing the surplus waste at specified locations of inside colony and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) the surface and light watering with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing and planting following Shrubs including digging of pits of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm filling pits with well mixed mixture of approved quality red soil and farm yard manure in 1:1 proportion, (excluding cost of red garden soil & manure) consolidation, watering, planting the well grown and healthy shrub sapling of height as specified below, profuse watering after planting saplings and disposing of grass/surplus earth at specified locations inside Anushakti Nagar etc complete all as directed by the Engineer - in-charge.

Providing & spreading of dry farm yard manure free from soil & undecomposed grass etc. at site as directed by the Engineer-in -charge and as per specifications. (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)

Taking photrograph of the specified trees showing its number clearly, botanical names & other details so as to recognize properly, developing, printing & handing over one copy of each photograph of post card size ( 4 " x 6 ") with album and DVD for soft copy of all trees along with inventory of planted trees, at site as directed by the Engineer-in -charge and as per specifications.

PART B - Maintenance of trees (Period 12 months)

Maintenance of Lawn/trees, shrubs & hedges etc, (Area 4000 Sq.m X 12 monthss) watering the lawns, plants twice a week, mowing lawns fortnighty, weeding shruberries , top dressing of manure & soil , preparation of basins around new planted trees & making it smooth, prunning of existing trees/shrubs overgrown branches whenever required, keeping the area in clean condition, rodents & crabs by baiting as & when required by taking necessary precautions, including cost of disposing of garden waste specified locations inside AnushaktiNagar etc. Compleate all as per specifications & as directed by EIC.
