All complete as per direction of Engineer - Incharge upto 90 meter depth below ground level. All type of soil. 300 mm dia

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW ( Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed / plain ended casing pipes of required dia, conforming to IS: 4270, of reputed and approved make, includingpainted with outside surface with two coats of antocorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required hire and labour charges, fittings and accessories all complete, for all depth, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ball plug /Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tube-well as per IS:2800 ( PART I ). 150 mm dia

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing / casing pipe.removal as per requirement, all complete for bore well of : 150 mm dia

Developlemt of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 ( part I) and IS : 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water vield without sand content ( beyound permissible limit ), with required capacity air compressor , running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples and getting tested in approved laboratory i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire and labour charges of air compressot, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and di4rection of Engineer-In-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means ( Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and lramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and laying in positiion cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All works up to plint level.: 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 ciarse sand (zone III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock, ISI marked with six levers and a pair of anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 aluminium lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete

Supplying and fixing central guide of approved specifications

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing cement sealing to prevent entry of the ground water from top aquifer into piezometer.

Providing Bentonite Balls sealing to prevent entry of the ground water from top auipfier into piezometer.

Providing course grain sand fill to prevent entry of the cement sulrry from cement sealing into gravel pack.

Providing clay filling above cement seal upto ground level but below sanitary seal to prevent entry of the surface and sewage water at top
