Providing and laying P.C.C (1:3:6) in foundation, floors using 4cm size Hard Granite Metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying, compacting concrete including watering and curing with cost conveyance, royalty,EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in foundation withcement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using fly ash bricks of “23cmx11cmx8cm" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. Per Sq. Cm. including immersing in water till saturation before use, Including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering and corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12 mm thick Cement Plaster with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished over brick masonary to the smooth surface walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing ,roughing of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost and conveyance royalty and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Distempering Two coats to walls with distemper over a coat of primer an even finished surface of approved shade on prepared surface of new works to give a even shade with cost conveyance royalties EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all the materials and all labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. (Including cost of distemper) complete in all respect in all floors as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Weather coat two coat to wall surface of approved shade on new works to give an even shade over prepared surfaces including scuffolding to outside walls, including cost and conveyance royalty and of all materials and labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Painting Two coats with any approved Enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer over new iron work including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Factory made single leaf rigid FRP sandwich composite door/window Shutter (alitemately called GRP) of 32 mm thick laminated with Two GRP skins with wood grain finish fabricated using UV- stabilised lsopthalic Gelcoat and one layer of 450 gsm E-glass chopped staand mat (CSM) mpregnated with orthopthalic polyester resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.50 mm Expanded Polystyronr(EPS) structural foam panel of 29mm thickness and a density of 20kg/cu.mtr shall be used as core material. wooden reinforcements made of seasoned sel wood block of core section not less than 28mm x 32mm and also necessary sal wood reinforcements for fitting the metal fitting such as tower bolts.aldrops, handles etc Shall be provided..A structural adhesive compatible with (EPS) from shall be used for bending the core material. the finish of door shutter wil be plain colour as per specification and direction of the engineering charge

Factory made FRP Door / Window frame (altemately called GRP) of size 75mm x 100mm fabricated using E- Glass chopped strand mat (CS) U.V stabillised inopthalic Gel coat and impregnated with inopthalic rasin. The thickness of GRP skin shall not be less then 2.00,,. the doorframe consists of four segments.wich are provided with plug-in-soket arrangement in situ in the mould. the Segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screw the GRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement on six location of a high screw holding capacity for fixing metallic hold fast and shall be consoildated by filling with medium density form/plaster of Paris with fibre reinforcement. The finish of door frame will be plain and different colour using high quality pigment complete in all respect and direction of engineering charge
