Hire Charges for higher capacity crane for lifting, leading and lowering the pipes of 350 mtrs (Ø 250 NB).
Charges for dismantling of damaged existing 150 NB ERW M.S. pipe to provide new 250 NB ERW pipe by cutting & welding including cost of consumables.
Charges for fabrication of M.S. bend out of 250 NB ERW M.S. pipe by cutting & welding including cost of consumables.
Charges for fabrication & erection of 250x150mm reducer (as per site condition) by cutting and welding including cost of consumables etc.,
Charges for Fabrication & Erection of new M.S.ERW Ø 250 NB Fire Hydrant pipe header near ESP Control Room and nearer to Hydrogen Plant area by cutting, laying and welding including cost of consumables etc., 250 NB M.S. ERW pipe and 250 NB Gate vales will be supplied by TANGEDCO.
Charges for supply of Ø 250 NB Flange
Charges for supply and fabrication for providing 10 Nos. supports by using M.S. Channels for the Ø 250 NB M.S ERW pipes including cost of anchor fasteners and consumables etc.
Charges for supply of 'U' clamps.
Charges for supply of M.S. Channel 100x50x6 mm
Charges for painting the erected Ø 250 NB Fire Hydrant pipe lines and supports with one coat red oxide primer including the cost of paint & consumables. (Red oxide primer should be contractor scope)
Charges for painting the erected Ø 250 NB and Fire Hydrant pipe lines and support with two coat of enamel red paint and grey paint one after another including the cost of paint & consumables. (Enamel red paint & grey paint should be contractor scope)(Post office red)
