Recapitalization to the V.T. Pumping Unit having discharge 10000 GPH X 50 M Head for stabilization of various Tube Wells

Carriage of V.T. Pumping Unit10000 GPHX 50 M Head and allied material from Stores (Mattoo Colony) to the workshop and back after necessary repairs. The job includes dismantling of all the parts of the pumping unit viz., pump shaft, impellers, bowl bodies, bushes, neck rings, strainer etc. Then fabrication of new stainless steel pump shaft by turning to the required shape and polishing to the exact size and cutting of threads at one end as per the size of the shaft coupler. Fabrication and fitting of cullet’s with locking nut as per original sample-11 Nos. Repairs to the 11Nos. intermediate bowls by ways of rebuilding of guiding vanes as per original sample. Also repair to the suction bowl/ bell mouth and discharge head bowl. Fabrication and fitting of 11 nos. bushes for intermediate bowls out of G.M. and turning and finishing internally as well externally as per the size of the pump shaft and bowl. Repairs to the Gun Metal impellers by way of remetalling on the damaged portion of the vanes by welding with stainless steel welding electrodes and turning/ finishing as per original samples-11 Nos. Also fabrication of stainless steel neck rings and press fitting the same in to the bowl body and bell mouth of the pump. Assembly-11 Nos. Repair to the discharge case by extracting out the damaged bearing bush and fabrication and fitting of discharge case body bush out of leaded tin bronze as per original sample and press fitting the same in to the discharge case body-1No. Fabrication of gland bush as per sample and fitting the same in the gland body. Fabrication of top line shaft out of stainless steel material as per the required shape and finishing to the required size including threading and cutting of key way-1 No. Fabrication of M.S. line shaft 3.00 M long 18 mm dia out of EN-9 material by way of turning, polishing and cutting of threads at the both ends as per the size of the shaft coupler-10 Nos. Fabrication of spider out of cast iron by way of moulding, boring, turning and finishing to the original shape and size-5 Nos. Providing and fitting nitril rubber bushes having grooves for lubrication in the spiders-10 Nos. Fabrication of shaft protection sleeves heavy duty 12 Nos. out of stainless steel rod and then boring, turning and poloishing as pe the dia of the line shafts. Fabrication of shaft coupler out of stainless steel rod by way of turning, polishing and cutting of threads internally as per the thread size of the shaft-10 Nos. Fabrication of reducer shaft coupler out of stainless steel material as per original sample-1 No. The job also includes repair to the discharge head by way of fabrication and fitting of cross, shaft coupler, stuffing box along with fixtures.
