REPAIR AND MAINT OF ELECTRIC STORAGE HEATER AND ALLIED WORKS IN CAMP AREA 4 AREA AND 5 AREA UNDER GE AF ADM AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Labour for Comprenhensive repair/maintenance of storage type electric water heater (geyser) of capacity 25 liters vertical or horizontal type comprising of the following:- (a) Opening or dismentling the storage tank,taking down ,de-scaling,brushing and throughly cleaning (b) Checking of all stop cock,pressure release valves,fusible plug for its serviceability etc.in situ to ensure proper functioning of part including supply and replacing of washers/gasket nut etc. (c) Checking and rectify earth continuty of Electrical circuits of geyser and power point (d) Checking and refixing thermostate and re-adjust (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and syphon assembly with diluted hydrochloric acid or clear pedette solution (f) Checking of indicator lamp for it proper serviceability (g) Re-assembling the Geyser and re -install at same position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note- Unserviceable Parts/components of water heater shall be replaced by the contractor. Supply of new parts/components shall be measured and paid separately under respctive item of schedule

Supply only inner SS tank of storage type electric water heater of 25 ltr capacity complete with rubber gasket including necessary nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only inner SS tank of storage type electric water heater of 50 ltr capacity complete with rubber gasket including necessary nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only siphon assembly made out of SS of 25 ltr capacity as per sample including necessary studs screws and rubber gasket/ washers matching and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only syphon assembly made out of SS of 50 ltr capacity as per sample including necessary studs screws and rubber gasket/ washers matching and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only geyser outer body made out of MS sheet capacity 25 ltr as per sample duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only geyser outer body made out of MS sheet capacity 50 ltr as per sample duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass wool of 25 ltrs capacity storage type electric water heater complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of geyser element 2.0 KW triangular/ round (as per approved sample) of ISI marked and compatible with existing geyser Recold/Bajaj/Havells complete all as specified and directed. Make-Racold/theeta/Dass pass
