Providing and laying hollow cement concrete block walling upto floor five level 100 mm thick consisting of hollow block of size 400x100x200 mm thick of mix 1:3:6 (1 Cement:3 Coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal and down size) laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Coarse sand).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position:

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors i/c oxidised MS butt hinges with necessary screws with superior hard wood cat-II (A) as per IS: 401 i/c panelled with 12 mm thick marine ply (BWR) conforming to relevant specification with wooden cleats and blocks as per the directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick glazed shutters for windows with superior hard wood cat-II (A) as per IS: 401 using 7.5 Kg/sqm (4 mm thick) glass panes including oxidised M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws etc., complete as per the directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete surface drain with 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) finished with 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including a floating coat of neat cement inside the drain and its top and exposed surface including earth work in excavation and disposed of surplus earth.
