M& L for 1st quality Glazed ceramic jointless light/coloured group of size 300/350mmx450/600mm, thickness not less than 6mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, incl dismantling tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :Shade & design as approved by GE.

M&L for Vitrified tiles light shade /dark shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , in floors of shade & designed as approved by GE,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles, over & incl 15 mm thick bedding layer or screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) in floors incl dismantling tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite 18-20 mm thick (of any type ) (table runned and polished ) in floors steps , jamb pillars,window-cills,cooking plateforms and vertical surfaces bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for marble 15-18 mm (green/any colour shade approved by EIC) thick over cement screed bed laid on 15 mm thick CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment ot match the shade of the slab / staircase / steps,riser etc incl dismantiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Shade & design as approved by GE.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Kota stone slab flooring (Machine cut) of any size laid over and incl 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 over neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/sqm over sub base , jointed and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm dia Decorative/ fancy type stainless steel curtain rod with brackets and knobs at both ends as per site requirement including taking down old existing PVC/steel conduit pipes with accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of brackets and knobs is deemed to be including in the quoted rate
