Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description & in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and any position including doors, gate but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar type C1 using 1:3:6 set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Stone Walling of squared rubbles, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8.00 but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel works in fencing post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing any size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded broken stone as in surface channel and drain incl. necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra fair forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in copings including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate 75mm thick as in plinth protection, pavement etc and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in floor finishes & pavings even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate panels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in manhole cover including necessary form work set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plates (Plain or chequered) channels,square cut or notched ordinary and countersunk) forming holes with welding conforming to Fe ( 290 Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured rubberised chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick ( compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size),or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size with granite trap or basalt stone) spread,rolled and consolidated including rolling with hand roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick coloured rubberised machine pressed interlocking pattern paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade laid over and including 40mm thick sand cushioning layer and grouted with dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of Cement base paint on walls a coat of chalk primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered o surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc to a distance of 9 KM or beyond upto 10 KM out of premises of metropolitan area including loading, unloading by mechanical means (JCB) and to be transported through trolly or tipper and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.
