Distempering two coats over a coat of cement wash to inside surface to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved made and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding stafing charges with cost, conveyance, of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc.required for the work complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Chief.
