M & L for checking of ceiling fans upto 1400 mm, after taking down the fan carefully and removing from site to workshop including rewinding of fan coil with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat vernishing and refixing the same in original position including greasing of bearings & other moving parts and replacement of split pin, jam nut & rubber bush and testing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

Repair/maintanance of exhaust fan / wall mounted fan/ table fan/pedestal fan (of any sweep) by replacing unserviceable capacitor/ tightening the loose connections if any including testing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.

M & L for painting of ceiling fans upto 1400mm sweep carefully, dismantling fan blades and paint with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc , complete all as specified and as directed by Engrs-In-Charge.
