Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of LT under ground cables/GI pipes getting out as in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling sand cushioning to under ground cable 8 cm before laying the electric cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified considering as per SSR 1991 of part -I Note: Only punned thickness of the sand will be meausured.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type-1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm with ISI mark factory made complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable UG cable of any size from the trenches/wall/pole and keeping aside for reuse and remove the unservicable cable from site after affording credit depending on its serviceability state including removal of brick/PCC cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panel of the Capacity 180 KVAR complete comprising any type capacitors, APFC relay, MCCB, Cooling Fan, Voltmeter, Ammeter, CTs with all other connected accessories, checking of serviceability of each component, cleaning all contatct points, tightening of all connections including replacement of unserviceable components, thimbles, nut bolt and washers, etc if necessary, cleaning the entire panel by using hot blower complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing,Inspecting,checking,cleaning by using of blower,Lubrication ,greasing and carrying out preventive maintanance of ACB and ACB in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of existing cable of size 25 Sq mm to 150 Sq mm removing from its loop of length 3m to 5m, cleaning, cutting of old termination and reconnecting the same along with termination at ends with suitable new aluminium lugs and refilling of cable trench with existing sand and bricks complete all as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall include for necessary earth work

Excavation of existing cable of size 185 Sq mm to 300 Sq mm removing from its loop of length 3m to 5m, cleaning, cutting of old termination and reconnecting the same along with termination at ends with suitable new aluminium lugs and refilling of cable trench with existing sand and bricks complete all as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall include for necessary earth work

Disconnecting, dismantling of existing LT distribution panel and supply, fabricate, install, testing and commissioning of LT feeder panel board of suitable size, out door type double door, dust and vermin proof made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet mounting on MS angle iron 50x50x6 MM size , legs not less than 750 mm height, suitable foundation of 150 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C 2 with 100 mm offsets and panel board with front and back opening and locking arrangement compete two coats of finishing powder coated paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer including oriental bus bar of aluminium strip 600 amps for three phase 4 wire including the following accessories and fitted in : -(a) Incoming: (i) MCCB high breaking capacity 4 pole 415 volt 25 KA breaking cap adjustable thermal release range 250 amp of – 01 No (ii) Digital type Volt meter & amps meter with suitable capacity of CTs,LED indicator lamp and other connecting accessories (b) Outgoing: (i) MCCB AC high breaking capacity 3 pole 415 volt 16 KA breaking cap adjustable thermal release range 100 amp – 03 No (ii) MCCB AC high breaking capacity 3 pole 415 volt 16 KA breaking cap adjustable thermal release range 63 amp – 2 No (iii) MCB SPN 63 Amps - 4 Nos, (iv) Three phase digital Timer switch with suitable cap of contactor controlled by existing 63 amp MCCB for street light, all as directed by the Engr In Charge.

Cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 matching with the surroundings all as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/wall mounted/heavy duty ventilation fan of any sweep, dismantling, replacing defective part, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, rewinding etc and hanging up/ fixing back in the original position, connecting up and testing complete all as directed. NOTES: (a) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for minor items viz 'U' clamps with rubber reel, bolts, nuts, washers and safety pin/split pin and rubber wheel etc. (b) Capacitor & bearing shall be measured and sperately under respective items. (c) Rewinding of fan will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fixing in repair of Down rod of 1.5 feet height fabricated out of MS pipe 12mm /15 mm dia heavy duty duly painted with one coat of white paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Down rod for extension of existing fabricated out of MS pipe 12mm/15 mm dia heavy duty complete.

Supply and fixing in repair of PVC Canopy set (up and down) of Ceiling fans of 1200/1400mm sweep size heavy duty duly painted with one coat of white paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Mettalic blade (set of three blades) suitable for existing ceiling fans of 1200/1400mm sweep size heavy duty duly painted with one coat of white paint complete all as specified and as directed.
