Dismantling , removing and carefully stacking Doors &windows including removal of frames,hinges and fastenings etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Dismantling the damaged floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / Glazed tiles/cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing post-constructional anti-termite treatment by drilling ½" diameter holes at uniform intervals of 12 inches along the junctions of walls and floors inside the building. The holes shall be drilled to a depth of 4 to 5 inches, and the approved chemical Aldrin (0.50%) shall be poured or pressure-injected into these holes using hand-pressure pumps until full refusal. The same termiticide solution shall be applied to all wooden frames and joinery works. The exterior perimeter of the building shall be treated by forming a small channel around the building and injecting the Aldrin solution into holes made using a crowbar at similar intervals. After completion of the treatment, all holes drilled in walls and floors shall be properly sealed with cement mortar, leaving the surface neat and finished. The work shall include the cost of all chemicals, labour, tools, equipment, and incidental charges, and shall comply fully with standard specifications and be carried out as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (1 Liquid: 2 Powder), to the RCC surface like bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 1.7kg/ m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having Elongation at break >50% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80 N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 1mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) as per BS EN 12390. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification. Supplying and Filling the Brick Jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 20mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 using limestone and sand 10 cu.m. (for Non-Structural works only) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Wall Panelling using one side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. One side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevical and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete.(Plywood Brand: Greenply/ Century ply/Sharon ply/kitply or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing Teak wood scantlings for door and windows and any other joinery works using teak wood scantlings below 4m in lengh and complete it in all floors including labour charges for the manufacture of frames as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter of following type with thickness with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos of SS 304 Grade Parliament Hinges of Size (125mm x 150mm), 2 Nos 300x12mm aluminium tower bolt 1 No. 200x12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no. 250x16mm aluminium aldrops, 2 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CEILING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Plain sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross direction for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the edges and wall junctions with suitable lipping and cornice arrangements.
