Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall / celling sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 pm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for one coat of cement based exterior grade primer @0.9 Itr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 It per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of cement based paint of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 Itr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 It per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for item No 80 to 83 of BOQ:- (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, 'Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.
