Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) i) ARM based Micro Controller with inbuild memory having enough capability of storing data of minimum 15 days. ii) Inbuild 4G/3G/GPRS modem with fallback and suitable antenna to communciate with cloud. Static IP will not be available. iii) 4G/ 3G/ 2G SIM cards for 2 years subscription. Data services must be from at least two reliable service providers and system should support automatic switching to 2nd service provider in case of low network. Running expenses till 02 years will be borne by bidder without any intervention. System should support changing of service providers without changing SIM cards (future ready). iv) Future ready RTU must have Modbus, MBUS or any other future open-source protocol (that uses RS485 or TCP Port), must be provided free of cost for the period of at least 5 years (OEM declaration mandatory). v) Must have one RS485 and one ethernet port vi) Capable of capturing multi-function meter and relay status data along with Run Hours as well as other fields from any compatible substation equipment

vii) All device communication with cloud based SCADA must be secured using TLS/ SSL encryption. SCADA must not support non-secure connections. viii) System must work without any need of Static IP. No Static will be provided for any location. ix) SCADA application must be hosted in MEITY ( Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt of india ) empanneled data Centers ( Empanelled under Meghraj Initiative) (x) Modern RTU with modular design, embedded web-server, high level language programming and state of the art cyber security for small to mid-size applications. Powerful and efficient engineering in accordance and cyber security should be based on International/Inidan standards.

Supply & Fixing of Enclosure for SCADA Controller for the system all as specified and as directed. Panel of size (WDH) 500mm x 500mm x 250mm (minimum) fabricated from 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and must be powder coated. Each Panel will be fitted with PVC cable alley, Suitable numbers of terminal blocks, DIN Rail and 16A DP MCB

SCADA Software for receiving station Software with 2 years subscription, maintenance and support as per specifications Must have user customizable dashboards and SLD (without any coding/ scripting) Reporting must be user-configurable and changable. Utility like billing reports must be supported. Multi-site data viewing within same interface without any physical cable connection of sites to SCADA room SCADA must be accessible over internet and must have adequate security with dual factor authentication with username/ password alongwith OTP on email. Replacement of existing meters with Three Phase Multi-function Meter of ACC Cl 0.5 with RS485 Communication Port for total of 04 motors . All three phase Multi-function meters must be capable of measuring Energy, load, power factor, Amps, Voltage complete with connection of all above meters in a single loop using RS485 two-wire STP Cable
