Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not otherwise specifically provided for (using daimond cutter if necessary) including removal of demolished debris to a distance exceeding 1.5KM but not exc. 5.0 KM and depositing where directed outside MD land and levelling the same all as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc. 6 M mean radius built in any description in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including weathering rounded/ chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work. (Exposed surfaces of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement).

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 600mm dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 450mm dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed

M & L for Hard core of broken stone or boulders of guage not exceeding 63 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick , watered & well rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring and like including form work if required ,all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring and like all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M30 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column and the like including form work if required , all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M30 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, parapets and the like, all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M30 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors , roofs and the like all as specified and directed. Note for item 16 to 18 : Necessary form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, sides and soffits ( if any) of foundation and plinth beam and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete walls, retaining walls, basement walls, parapets and similar work for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick.for fair finished flat surface of concrete

Use and waste of form work to edges of concrete flats and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide.for fair finished surfaces of concrete.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.

All as per item No.23 above but bars of size 6mm to 8mm dia.

S&F framed work such as grills, grating, framed guard bars and similar work using mild steel sections conforming to Fe.290, Grade E-165.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete RCC M30 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in as in cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:6 , including necessary formwork/moulds and provision of weep holes all as specified and directed

M&L for Concrete bed to 600mm drain pipes including packing and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed

M&L for Concrete bed to 450mm drain pipes including packing and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of any approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
