Taking out existing roof treatment of any description including plaster cleaning surface by brooming,watering etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement incl finishing fair even and smooth on roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm conforming to IS : 3384 & apply a layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (min) weighing 3kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven febric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) applied by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm including sealing the joints and applying two coats of aluminum paint over APP membrane etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note :- Membrane shall be taken to a height of min 60 cm and inserted in a groove on parapet wall where required/downward facia .

M&L 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate laid over roof slab in panels, the size of panels shall be 1.0 to 1.50 metre in length and breadth respectively , leaving the joints 10 to 15mm wide , the space for joint shall be filled with bitumen and sand in (1:3) etc as in levelling course finished even and fair. etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integeral water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing Rotational moulded polythylene water tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of capacity Exc 250 litres & n exc 500 litres setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position any damage to tank while disconnecting will be make good before refixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm dia ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and nut confirming to IS screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule fixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25mm bore Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F jointing and testing 15 mm dia bore galvanised tubing medium grade with all fitting such as bends,elbows,sockets,reducers etc and fixed to wall, ceiling oe laid in floor with new fittings including cutting through wall, floor etc including taking down steel tubing and connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling/soffits of chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L covered fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) of radius 75mm provided as the junnction of roof and parapet wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in base for tanks including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F for 1000 Ltr capacity of rotational moulded polyethylen water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20mm float valve 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fitting and including dismantling of tank etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

S& F for 500 Ltr capacity of rotational moulded polyethylen water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20mm float valve 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fitting and including dismantling of tank etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level) built in cement mortar.

M&L Cutting holes in stone walls n exc half brick in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of AC sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) including AC ridges in large patches as in roof covering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for preparation of new steel surface/old untreated of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut toordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)fastening and fixing complete conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165.

Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling, louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 500m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of above item here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper and washing down with water as required including M&L for applying “Solvent free epoxy concrete bonding agent” as per manufacturer’s instructions on old concrete surfaces for bonding with new concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nitobond EP of FOSROC/Carbodur of SIKA, PIDILITE or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for applying two coats of “Epoxy zinc rich primer” as protective coat to expose surface of old and new reinforcement over 10 mm dia as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nitozinc primer of FOSROC/Friazinc R of SIKA,PIDILITE or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) mixed with Dr fixit pidicrete URP @ 15% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying one coat of cement mixed with Dr fixet pidicrete in (1:1) ratio as a bonding coat between plaster and old brick surface or concrete surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls,etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls,etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls,etc including racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on exterior walls applying the under coat of cement and sand morrtar (1:3) not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12mm ) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the raio of (1:1:1) shall be applied and finished even incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster. The mix of cement and sand shall made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for old decorated surface of wall including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices, plasters etc and applying one coat of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in - Charge.

All as per description of serial item No. 32.00 here-in-above but one coat on ceiling surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in - Charge.

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Itslic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint. Etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces & applying three coat of white wash on ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brooming down old decorated surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered including cornices, plasters etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint .If required putty will be paid separately etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint. Work to be carried out upto four storey of building or in over head tank of any height including staging . the quoted rates are incuding necessary scaffolding for etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emusion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces & providing two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour waterproof/weather proof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the new plastered/old painted wall (Exterior/interior) after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Material and labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as, Anti fungal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint after complete removal of existing surface/plastered surfaces.complete all as directed. Work to be carried out upto two four storey construction the rates quoted are including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr @1 ltrs(unndiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint after complete removal of existing surface/plastered surfaces as per manufacturer instructions etc complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding. Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application.
