The copper buses shall be mounted on SMC busbar insulator at proper and sufficient interval as per IE rules and 2Runs of 1"x 1/8" copper flat on rear side of the panel board for earth buses. Heat shrinkable sleeves shall be provided for busbar with colour code. The panel shall be mounted on MS base channel provided all round at the bottom of the panel inclusive of Fabrication charges, Erection charges and Commissioning and with 1No Metallic danger board with powder coated painting, necessary identification of outgoing loads, bus capacity, cable size etc., with bold letter. (Note: All SDF units shall be of L&T/Siements make)

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funnelling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and run of 1 of No.8 SWG hard drawn copper wire for earth connection.
