M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc, complete all as specifed and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specifed and as directed

M & L mild steel riffles rack (two tier with locking facility) for 40 Rifles built in 2.5mm thick mild steel sheet and 35x35x4mm Angle Iron frame with aluminium box locking system, 205.74cm length, 38.10cm width and 213.36cm height, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F mild steel work for hold fast and similar small articles conforming to grade Fe-290 (Gde E 165) including MS screws, bolts, including tarring with a coat of tar and sanding, complete all as specifed and as directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required for superficial area n. exc 150 Sqcm, complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for foundation, under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of well burnt clay bricks, sub class ‘B’, old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR Part –I, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, underground cable laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc and complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (Excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

Material and labour for point wiring for One light/fan point with 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, ISI marked, unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia or higher, ISI marked, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60 mm thick with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 15 here-inbefore but for socket outlet 3 pin, 5 Amps on indepedent board complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Switch socket Combination 2 in 1, 5 Amps flush type, 230 volts AC, complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM 6, 16 Amp single pole 240 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures (MCB Distribution board) when MCB’s to be used, single pole and neutral, 8 ways, 220 volts with 100 amps rated bus bar, double door with bus bar neutral link earth bar, Din rail, necessary blanking plated, including fixing DB flush in wall complete with making good disturbed surfaces and colour matching, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures (MCB Distribution board) when MCB’s to be used, single pole and neutral, 4 ways, 220 volts with 100 amps rated bus bar, double door with bus bar neutral link earth bar, Din rail, necessary blanking plated, including fixing DB flush in wall complete with making good disturbed surfaces and colour matching, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of of MCB, SPN, AC, 240 volt of 63 Amp capacity, "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable copper lugs, complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB, SP, AC 240 volt of 6 to 32 Amp capacity, "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to test point /machinery / equipment. supplying and laying charcoal dust comman salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate chamber and RCC cover 54 cm X 54cm x50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 including testing, complete all as specified and directed Note - Cost of GI wire and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be deemed included in quated rate of above Items.

S & F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 4 sqmm as current carrying conductor and one run of 4 sqmm as neutral cable, voltage rating 1100 volt, ISI marked drawn in and including concealed steel conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with standard accessories along with one run of FRLSH PVC green colour insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm as earth cable, making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x20 Watt, flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures, driver, holders, connector etc, complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing flame proof split unit indoor / outdoor air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR operating voltage supply 230 Volts AC, single phase, 50Hz, complete all as specified and directed including following: - Indoor Unit: Indoor unit mounted on wall, kept in hazardous area of split type cooling unit comprising cooling motor, condensing coil with copper tubes and aluminium blue fins duly coated with specialist chemical to prevent refrigerant leakage, GI body with MS structure will be used to integrate the components of cooling unit. Outdoor unit: Outdoor unit kept in no hazardous area. Flame proof control panel: Main incomer MCB, contactor, overload relay, temperature controller with RTD sensor, sequential timer for protection of compressor and condensing motor, cooling motor. The classification area Zone I & II, gas groups IIA & IIB, IIC with dust protection zone 21 & 22. Note: - (i) All mounting stands & channels/bracket required for mounting the indoor and outdoor unit shall be provided by the contractor. (ii) Indoor unit noise shall be less than 50 Db and outdoor unit noise shall be less than 90 Db. (iii) Rate for drainage pipe upto drain, extra copper tubes are included in quoted rates.

S&F voltage stablizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 300V with output stablised at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% of capacity 4.0 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.
