Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm and getting out soft soil complete all as directed.

150mm thick soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as directed.

150mm thick (compacted thickness ) water bound macadam (in two layers each layer 75 mm thick) with coarse aggregate granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread, rolled , and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller complete all as directed.

Preparing water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed.

Applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion grade RS-1, confirming to IS 8887 @ 4kg/10sqm using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared WBM surface as per clause 503 MORTH specification complete all as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms, finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc than applying evenly priming /tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade confirming to IS 8887 at 3 kgs/10 sqm using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous surface as per clause 503 MORTH specification thereafter bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mixed plant, rolled wtih tanden vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using sensor based mechanical paver complete to a uniform surface complete all as directed.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous mecedam with minimum 40-60 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @4.5% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, finish to the requird grade, level and alignment, rolling to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No 505 average thickness shall not be exceeding 50mm deep complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paste and marking of guide lines, dashed arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paste 2 to 2.5 mm thick using marking machine, white, golden, yellow or black colour as required using glass beads necessary for achieving reflection on roads pavements and the like as per BS 6088 and as specified in IRC 35-1997 complete all as directed. Note : 1.Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2.The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment until the desired result is obtained.

Providing and fixing of solar Raised Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illuminataion and reflective pannels with micro primatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 Kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the rage of 0* C to 70* C. Colour of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1Hz. There should be current looses of less than 20 micro-amperes at 2.4 V in sleep charging mode to enhance the life of marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height widht and length of the marker shall be less than 10mmx 100mm x 100mm. Also the surface diametere of the marker shall not be less than 100mm respectively. The weight of teh marker shall not exceed 0.5 kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on teh road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and usign epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers recommendation Complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M or equivalent.

Providing and fixing raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate ABS moulded body and reflective pannels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to astm d 4280 type H and complying to specifications of category A of MORT&H (RW/NH-33023/10/97-DO III dt 11.06.1997). The pavement markers will be auto moulded by dual polymer shanks and must comply with all the MORT&H specifications. The height width and length shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100mm respectively and with minimum reflective area of 13 sqcm on each side and slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. The strenght of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks (of diameter not less than 19+/-2mm and height not less than 30+/-2mm) from teh body is to minimum value of 500kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive complete all as directed. Make : 3M or equivalent.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as kerb stone set in cement mortar 1:6 after demolition of the existing PCC kerb stone built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Prepartion of new concrete surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as directed.

Earth work excavation in trenches in hard/ dense soil n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete all as directed.

Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling complete all as directed.

Precast cement Concrete block masonry with solid blocks grade C-5 , exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in two coat i.e 10mm thick under coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape cranking bindig with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed.

TMT bar 5mm dia and over up to and includign 8mm dia as in stirrups, binders and the like over cut to length bent to shape cranking bindig with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab landing slab and similar work, Rough finished surface complete all as directed.

RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on wall, beam and columns in floors, roof, landing and in shelves and the like complete all as directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping, padding/levelling concrete for fixing water tank etc, including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Grubbiing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n.exc 50m and clearing site girth of tree exc 30cm and n.exc 100cm complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing complete all as directed.
