Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs, fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site ( Site will be shown by the TWAD Board Officers) including construction of mud pit..

Reaming from 150mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by departmental officer upto 60m below ground level

Supply and delivery of unplasticised ribbed screen PVC casing pipe of the 140mm dia in 3m length with screwed and socket end and centering guide for every 15m length of pipes as per IS / 12818 / 92 and as amended from time to time to suit the borewell upto 80m depth (C.S) with ISI marking including, loading, unloading , freight, stacking and transit insurance charges etc, complete.

Labour Charges for inserting PVC casing pipes of 150 mm OD PVC Casing Pipes Assembly assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including the jointing the pipes with PVC couplers with cement paste etc. complete

Drilling of 115mm dia borewell in hard rock formation using rig including transportation and fuel charges of rig to the site and all labour charges etc complete

Supply and delivery of following materials as per ISI specification including cost and conveyance to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labourcharges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works includingcutting, threading and fixing charges etc 1000 litre HDPE TANK

Labour charges for the erection of 2Hp submersible pump set in bore well/open well including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps up to the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges up to the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventer, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pump set and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and delivery of MS Kiosk of size 0.75m x 0.45m x 0.75m made up of MS angle of size 50mm x 50mmx 4mm alround covered with 16 gauge MS sheet and kiosk door made up of MS plates of size 25 mm x 3 mm including cutting, welding, grinding, locking arrangementsetc., completed

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains.(PWD standard data No.SD. 62).

Supply and run of 2x1 5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class ‘B’) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains(PWD standard data No.SD. 67).

Supply and fixing of 4 way SP DB with 16A DP Switch with metal clad of 500V with F&N (Side Handle) on suitable TW Board with earth connection only. (PWD standard data No.SD. 140).
