M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling in and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping etc. weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on other than fair face of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for 200mm bore RCC (Reinforced cement concrete) pipes, Class NP-2 with collar, laid in trenches and jointed, including dismantling of old unserviceable pipe complete all specified and directed.

Cleaning of CI/ PVC pipe of any bore and size, laid in trenches including bends / junctions / gully traps etc. and removing of sludge, if any to a distance not exc 50 mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at site in borrow pits, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per serial item No. 19.00 described here-in-before but pipes fixed on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manhole of any size, depth not exc 1.5 mtr including taking off manhole cover and refixing the same after cleaning, dewatering and disludging mechanically, removing the waste materials and sludge to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at site in borrow pits, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- The quoted rates shall included for earth work / excavation and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre.

Cleaning of manhole of any size, depth exc 1.5 mtr including taking off manhole cover and refixing the same after cleaning, dewatering and disludging by mechanically, removing the waste materials and sludge to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at site in borrow pits, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- The quoted rates shall included for earth work / excavation and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre.

Cleaning of drain pipes (SGSW / RCC / AC) of any size including manholes channels by mechanically from manhole to manhole for cleaning eye and well flushing with water after cleaning including taking off manhole cover and refixing the same after cleaning and removing waste material / sludge to a distance near by suitable distance and depositing in the borrow pits, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of capacity up to 25 users by desludging inlet chambers and removing the waste materials by mechanically with use of mechanical sunction machine (contaminated water and sludge/ solid waste) and sludge to a distance to near by suitable distance as cleaning measurements of quantity of contaminated water and solid waste /sludge in the percentage of 40% and 60%, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- The quoted rates shall included for earth work / excavation and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre.

Cleaning of blockage of Indian or European type water closet including blockage of Nahani trap or floor trap or gully trap of any size type upto the Ist manhole (blockage of any type took place at IWC or EWC, blockages of kitchen trap, bathroom, wash hand basin trap due to stuck of any substance or material due to any other reasons to the entire satisfaction of users/ Occupants manually or with using pumping device or any other suitable method or mechanically and getting the signature of the User's on complaint slip for Zone 'C' area at BB Cantt Notes:- (a) Contractor shall deploy four numbers of Safaiwala's to carryout day to day complaints (Seven days of week Sunday/ holidays) of blockage etc and complaint slip shall be collected from the Complaint cell of AGE B/R-III. (Time of 04 x safaiwala-0900hrs to 1700hrs). (b) Contractor has to make sure that the blockage complaints so received shall be completed within the 24 hours from the time of receipt complanits, and for any delay in completion of the particular complaint a penalty @ Rs. One Hundread Fifty (Rs. 150/-) will be recovered from the contractor's dues per complaint.

(c) Contractor has to make sure that upon requirement by the sub-division, the contractor has to depute the same four or more Safaiwala's for cleaning of MES Honey sucker after use of the equipment at GE 864 MT area. (d) The Safaiwalas must have all requisite tools, safety equipments and winter protective clothing. (e) The payment shall be made to employees/ Safaiwalas on or before 7th day of every calander month. Payment to the employees shall be done by crossed cheque ECS / NEFT through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per Minimum Wages Act. (f) Contractor has to submit proof of payment and proof of EPF & ESIC subscription made by him alongwith RAR/ final bill. (g) Contractor shall quote the rates considering employees monthly leaves, releiver etc. as per labour law and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (h) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliever of manpower engaged by contractor separately in addition to 04 persons. (j) Portable pump for dewatering including fuel & Manpower also engaged where manually cleaning not Possible.

Item No. 28.00 contd... (k) Sewage cleaning rods, sefty Jacket Mask, helmet etc also be provided by the contractor to worker for working hours. (l) Cost of attendance register, printed work diary, material register/ security or entry passes and any other stationary reqd is to be born by the contractor and the rates quoted for the above are included in the quoted rates and no extra cost shall be claimed and entertained on this account. (m) Penalty :- In case of absence of Safaiwalla the penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 800.00 per person per day and the same shall be recovered from contractor's dues. (n) Being defence installation, the contractor shall ensure that antecedents of the personnel deployed are verified through concerned Police authorities before their deployment. The character and antecedent verification report of each employee deployed by the contractor should be submitted. (o) Contractor shall submit all documents before receipt of work order (Aadhar Card, Police verification and Bank Pass book Aadhar linked copy) of each worker intend to deploy on work.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.
